We are here to help you comply with a law that makes it compulsory for new homes in Wales to be fitted with sprinkler systems.
Under the legislation, all new-builds including houses, blocks of flats, nursing and residential homes and houses in multiple-occupation, such as student accommodation, must be fitted with fire suppression systems such as sprinkler systems built to British Standard 9251:2005.
Our sprinkler installation and design service will ensure that builders, developers and designers – all those involved in construction - comply with the requirements of the Domestic Fire Safety (Wales) Measure 2011.
